My first western Kansas wedding...

Called for rain, hail, tornadoes, etc...the moment I pulled up to the church it started to downpour & then my car got hammered with hail for about a minute.  We were a little worried about the weather situation & it was quite an event getting Haili from the school house to the church.  Needless to say I didn't get any photos of it because I was holding one of the umbrellas & had my other arm around Haili guiding her to the church since she had a plastic bag over her hair/makeup.  We ended up doing the photos inside the church (which was gorgeous!) & after the ceremony the skies cleared up & it was BEAUTIFUL.  :)  So we went to a little park & goofed around & took some funny photos.  The reception was tons of fun & I've never been to a wedding where so many people danced!  Not just slow dancing, but all kinds of dancing.  Young & old...they were all out there getting down.  It was a ton of fun to photograph!  I've included a few, well more than a few, previews for ya to check out.  There were over 1,000 - how's a girl to choose?  Congrats to this lovely couple & I hope you love the photos!

brock {one month}

My best "newborn" shoot yet!  :)  Brock came into this world just a little bit early so he didn't get a chance to come to the studio right away.  I photographed Brock at one month, but he still passed as a newborn.  ;)  He was so alert & awake most of the time & he sure didn't like me trying to scrunch & tuck his legs up.  He had some of the funniest facial expressions!  Love photographing newbies!!

scarlett {sixteen months}

I have photographed this little girl more than any other client.  It started in the womb & now Scarlett is 16 months!!  What a little beauty.

paige {one year}

Remember my little firefighter baby??

She is 1 year old now!  :)  Paige has grown up to be quite the young lady.  She was barely awake during her newborn shoot, but was wide awake at her 1 year session!  Her sister Aspen has grown a lot, too.  She was so shy a year ago, but has really opened up to me!  They are such cute little girls & I hope I get to continue to take their photographs & watch them grow & change!

madison + andy

What fun ages!  Madison & Andy were so stinking cute & I had a great time taking their pictures.  We did a little studio time then I followed them around the KSU gardens.  Super cute kids!

sarina {one year}

Sarina was another one of the first newborns I had ever photographed...do you remember this baby??

I had a GREAT time at her one year!  She has grown into quite the little charismatic baby!  She loves to dance & makes the BEST faces.  :)  Such a beautiful baby & an adorable little girl.  I hope I get to keep taking her photos & watch her grow!
